Just got in from a wonderful hour of watching my 6th graders cook, entertain, and serve the homeless. They really had a lot of fun..just looking at their excitement. I had a good time helping the kids with entertainment and the men were very appreciative. It's times like these that I remember why I'm teaching and the impact I can have on student lives.
Top 5 for the day:
1. Good harmonies from my kids
2. Seeing 6th graders take charge
3. Talking with parents
4. Having some time to relax at home
5. Cosmo and Chai morning talks
