It seems like only yesterday I was in high school getting ready for college. Now, I'm getting ready for my third year of teaching and helping a marching band this year. It was a pretty good day and the weather wasn't too bad. It was fairly cool, humid, but cool and then rain tonight. Mom and I went shopping for some school things I needed from Staples and then went to get curtains and blinds for my windows. I'm going to put those up this week so I can add a bit of color while I figure out what color to paint the walls. I'm looking forward to relaxing and spending some time at the schools this week doing final set up before school.
Top 5 for the day:
1. Being able to sleep with the windows open
2. Going on a walk with Mom and the dog
3. Getting new curtains and blinds for my windows :)
4. Dinner with Mom and Dad
5. Ice cream for a treat :)
