WE MADE IT! I am typing this from Nashville, Tennessee :) I just got back from spending some time with my brother and him taking us around Franklin and Brentwood. It was a long drive from Kingsport...about 5 hours. The nice part was we got up early and had breakfast at a friend's house (which was DELICIOUS). That got us started on our trip and we pulled into Cool Springs around 2:30. It was nice to finally arrive and know we weren't doing any major driving for the next couple days. Well, it's off to bed since we are doing a lot of touring tomorrow and my body is still an hour ahead :)
Top 5 for the day:
1. Seeing my brother for the first time in a couple months
2. Finally arriving in Cool Springs
3. Wonderful home cooked breakfast
4. Driving around Franklin and Brentwood, Tennessee seeing some of the artists houses that Mark knows
5. Making plans for our big touring day in Nashville
