As I sit here on my couch thinking back about the day and I can't believe I made it. There were times I felt like I was just going to break down and I needed a break. This 3 day weekend came at the perfect time. I'm going to need 3 days to recover from this week. It feels like the longest week ever and I don't know why. The end of the quarter is one week away and I still have to wait for a couple more projects. I was hoping to get them in before this upcoming week since grad school starts Tuesday but that's not happening. I'll probably get them Friday and have to grade them that day. Well, it's off for a night of movies and starting to take the ornaments down so I can take my tree down tomorrow.
Top 5 for the day:
1. Staying on top of grading to bring no grading home
2. Seeing it flurry (and their excitement even if it interrupted my lesson)
3. The sun shining through the dark clouds this morning to form a gorgeous picture (if only I had a camera)
4. Seeing both the American and Korean kids play basketball and act like they've known each other for a long time
5. Talking to friends I haven't talked to in awhile.
