Today I spent some time getting work done in a new setting...Starbucks. So it wasn't a new setting, but it was nice to sit with a friend and talk while getting work done. We were there for awhile and as I people watched there were some pretty interesting people. Today I also started keeping track of what I eat so I can start on a healthy kick and see what my patterns are. My goal...to tone my body, lose some weight, and feel great inside and out.
Top 5 for the day:
1. Spending time with a friend in Starbucks
2. Getting work done for the week
3. Listening to instrumental music to focus
4. Trying my Zumba video game
5. Getting rid of Facebook on my phone and preparing for no Facebook for 21 days
